Support and Repairs

We support and repair all types of Microsoft Windows based personal computers and laptops, iPads and Android tablets, and all types of peripherals including printers and scanners. This service has a minimum charge of £40 for the first hour. If the equipment is not fixed in this time, a fixed quote for repair will be provided. The cost of computer equipment can be so low that a repair is not economic; this is particularly true of printers. In these cases, we will offer to source and set up a replacement. We also offer a data recovery service to restore data lost by natural, mechanical or physical disasters. To save time and expense, we can also provide remote assistance to help diagnose and repair problems. UPDATE MARCH 2016- INCREDIMAIL 2.5 EXPORT I recently received a request from a client to transfer his email away from Incredimail and into a mainstream email system. Incredimail has no facility to export mail and the tools that individuals have written to provide this facility do not work in Version 2.5.
